Ferrari Unveils the Amalfi: A V8 Grand Tourer Redefining Elegance and Performance

AMALFI, Italy – July 1, 2025 — Ferrari has officially unveiled the all-new Ferrari Amalfi, a stunning 2+ coupé powered by a front-mid-mounted twin-turbo V8 engine that marks a bold evolution of the Grand Tourer concept. Replacing the Ferrari Roma, the Amalfi blends cutting-edge performance, sculpted design, and everyday versatility, delivering an uncompromised driving experience worthy of the Prancing Horse badge.

A New Chapter in Ferrari GT Design

Sculpted by the Ferrari Styling Centre under the direction of Flavio Manzoni, the Ferrari Amalfi is shaped by a minimalist yet powerful design language. With sharp lines, aerodynamic detailing, and the bold Verde Costiera launch color inspired by the Amalfi coast, the Amalfi stands as a modern interpretation of Ferrari’s front-engine 2+ lineage.

The car’s long, contoured hood hides a 640-horsepower 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8, derived from Ferrari’s award-winning F154 engine family. With a 0–62 mph time of just 3.3 seconds and a 0–124 mph sprint in 9.0 seconds, the Amalfi is not only visually striking but fiercely fast. Top speed? 199 mph.

Advanced Ferrari Performance Technology

Ferrari engineers have integrated Formula 1-inspired technologies into the Amalfi, including a new brake-by-wire system, ABS Evo with 6D sensor inputs, Side Slip Control 6.1, and a recalibrated steering system for precision handling. The active rear spoiler, seamlessly integrated into the design, adapts to driving conditions to provide up to 243 pounds of downforce at 155 mph with minimal drag.

The powertrain is mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission first seen in the SF90 Stradale, now optimized for even smoother and faster shifts. A refined exhaust system ensures the unmistakable Ferrari engine note sings true, while meeting the strictest emissions standards.

Designed for the Road, Engineered for the Track

The Ferrari Amalfi is built on performance DNA, but its usability is equally compelling. Its 2+ seating configuration, extended cargo capacity, and suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) including adaptive cruise control and blind spot detection, make it as comfortable cruising the coast as it is tackling mountain curves.

New infotainment features include a triple-display HMI with a 15.6-inch digital cluster, 10.25-inch central touchscreen, and an 8.8-inch passenger display. Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto®, wireless charging, and MyFerrari Connect come standard. For audiophiles, an optional 14-speaker Burmester® premium sound system delivers immersive audio clarity.

A Ferrari GT for the Modern Era

The Ferrari Amalfi redefines what a Ferrari grand tourer can be: aggressive yet elegant, powerful yet practical, luxurious yet driver-focused. It’s a Ferrari designed not only for the track but for everyday life — a fusion of form and function that embodies the spirit of Maranello’s relentless innovation.

With standard 20-inch wheels wrapped in either Bridgestone Potenza Sport or Pirelli P ZERO tires, carbon fiber interior trim, comfort seats with massage and ventilation, and a seven-year Genuine Maintenance program, the Amalfi is tailored for drivers who expect nothing less than Ferrari’s best.
