Atlanta, Oct. 18, 2024 – Porsche has celebrated the 25th anniversary of the iconic 911 GT3 by unveiling two new models: the 2025 911 GT3 and the 911 GT3 with Touring Package. Both models feature a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated engine, delivering 502 horsepower and 331 lb.-ft. of torque, along with significant customization options tailored to enhance both track performance and everyday usability.

The 911 GT3, known for its motorsport prowess, now includes two distinct versions. The track-focused GT3 features a rear wing for added downforce, while the GT3 with Touring Package presents a more understated design, dispensing with the fixed wing and offering an optional rear seat for the first time. Both models showcase Porsche’s commitment to lightweight design, including the introduction of carbon fiber and magnesium components in various optional packages.

According to Porsche brand ambassador Walter Röhrl, the new models offer enhanced steering precision and agility, especially on winding roads, thanks to optimized gear ratios and aerodynamics. The Weissach Package, available for the first time on the GT3, adds even more track-specific features, including forged magnesium wheels and carbon fiber-reinforced parts.

The GT3’s interior sees a range of improvements, including lightweight carbon fiber bucket seats with a folding function and a redesigned cockpit with a focus on essential performance data. The new “Track Screen” display reduces the digital interface to critical information like tire pressure and optimal shift points, helping drivers focus during high-speed laps.

Both models will be available for order at the end of 2024 and are expected to reach U.S. dealerships in the summer of 2025. The starting price for the 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 is $222,500, excluding delivery charges.
